For more than 140 years, athletes and explorers have trusted their lives to Helly Hansen clothing. Technically engineered and real-world tested, all Helly Hansen garments and footwear are warranted to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Should any products purchased fail due to a manufacturing defect within two years of the purchase date, we offer account credit or provide a replacement, at our discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence or normal wear and tear. Always follow care instructions supplied inside the product and for further general care instructions.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A WARRANTY ISSUE?

If you believe the product has been bought with a defect or the product has started showing a defect within the warranty period, please connect directly with the retailer where the product was purchased and they will help you to process the warranty claim.

If you are unable to work with your retailer or purchased from our website directly then please connect with us for assistance using this form and attach up to four images covering the details below. Please note that any given solution will require you to have created an online account with us. If you have not done so already please create one by clicking the Sign-in / Join link on the homepage.

- When and where it was purchased (Proof of Purchase/Receipt) if from a retailer (without this we might not be able to process a warranty claim) or your order number if purchased from us directly.

- Photos and further explanation of the issue (clear pictures of the damage as well as flat shots to help identify the item.

- Item sku number (small white or black tag located under/near the washing/care label). Usually a five-figure number and two letters. If in doubt please send clear photo of tag.

- If the product states that it is Helly Tech can you provide a photo.

*Some of our products are exclusive, limited to certain stores, countries or locations and in those circumstances the only solution will be to liaise directly with the purchase point for after-sales assistance.
