Since 1877, we have made professional grade gear to help people stay and feel alive. We protect people from the elements, and it is essential that we also do our part to protect the environment, where we find those moments that make us feel truly alive. In the spirit of appreciation for the earth, our collective home, Helly Hansen, will be donating 5% of US e-commerce sales on Tuesday, November 29th, 2022 to The Conservation Alliance.
WHAT IS THE CONSERVATION ALLIANCE?
The Conservation Alliance’s mission is to engage businesses to fund and partner with organizations to protect wild places for their habitat and recreation values. The Alliance works to raise money from outdoor retailers and determine which grassroots organizations are best served by the funds. The Conservation Alliance researches and vets potential organizations and then distributes grants. Since its inception in 1989, Conservation Alliance funding has helped protect 73 million acres and 3,576 river miles, remove or halt 36 dams, purchase 18 climbing areas & designate five marine reserves.
